Kindergarten – Grade 5
A joyful place to learn, wonder, and grow.
Maple Ridge Primary is a public neighborhood school where small class sizes, curious teachers, and a lot of outdoor time help every child find their footing — academically and beyond.
About us
Every child known, every child challenged.
We're a neighborhood public school built around a simple idea: children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and a little bit curious every day. Our teachers loop with small groups, our library doubles as a maker space on Fridays, and our garden out back supplies the salad bar every fall.
- Small classes. No K–2 classroom exceeds 18 students.
- Outdoor learning. Every grade spends time in the school garden and adjoining trail weekly.
- Community-rooted. Families volunteer, coach clubs, and sit on our site council.
"My daughter came home her first week already knowing three classmates' names and the names of every vegetable in the garden bed. That's Maple Ridge." — Parent of a 2nd grader
